Natural Gesha from Lot Vuelta at Elida Estate in Alto Quiel, Boquete, Chiriquí, Panama, grown by the Lamastus family at 1,780–1,820 masl on volcanic soils in cloud forest. The lot (GN03) was a candidate for Best of Panama 2026 and the family's private auction, closely related to a sister lot that placed third in the Natural Gesha category. Whole cherries are dried using Dark Room Drying (DRD) in an enclosed environment with controlled airflow and humidity before resting and milling. Tasting notes: citrus, orange peel, fig, pomelo, neroli.
