El Aguacate
Summary
A washed Geisha coffee from the El Aguacate farm in Nariño, Colombia, produced by Hermes Ulises Cerón. The coffee offers refined flavors of peach and fennel with delicate florality, plus hints of raspberry and a zippy pineapple-lemon combo. Cherries are hand-harvested, sorted, and undergo a double fermentation process before drying for 12-15 days. Grown at 2000 meters, the farm also cultivates Castillo variety and protects native wildlife.
