This coffee from Colombia's Antioquia region is produced by Bayron Arcila Lopez at his El Vergel farm. It is an extended double-fermentation washed lot, with cherries fermented for 12 hours then 168 hours in GrainPro bags, washed and dried on raised beds for ten days. The cup is bright and fruit-forward with notes of pineapple, honey, and blueberry. Varieties are Colombia and Castillo. Recommended for pour-over or drip brewing.
