Summary
A well-balanced, sweet, and fruity coffee from Rwanda. Grown in the Remera Sector of the Eastern Province at 1,500-1,900 masl, this Red Bourbon variety is washed processed and roasted to a medium level. Tasting notes include crisp cherry, brown sugar, and green apple. Named after filmmaker Barry Jenkins, this coffee is smooth and layered, suitable for drip, pour-over, or espresso.

- 1.Distribute level before tamping.
- 2.Aim for a 40 g shot in the cup, roughly a 1:2.2 brew ratio.
- 3.Pull the shot in 27–32 seconds. Grind finer to slow it down, coarser to speed it up.
