It is a blend of varieties including Bourbon Sidra (Cidra), Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Red Bourbon, SL28, Wush Wush, and Laurina. The coffee undergoes washed processing with 24–36 hour fermentation and 15 days of slow patio drying. Decaffeination is performed using the sugarcane method in Manizales. Flavour notes include grapes, fondant, and milk chocolate. The coffee has an SCA score of 85.
