Summary
A natural-processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by the Syoum family at Bette Buna farm in Guji Megadu. Grown from Enat Buna heirloom varieties at 1,998–2,200 meters above sea level. Handpicked red cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for 3.5 weeks. The light roast cup offers notes of Crème Brûlée, cranberry, milky sweetness, tropical fruit, and delicate florals.
