Corazón Oscuro
Summary
Corazón Oscuro is a dark roast espresso blend from farmer-owned roaster Paso Paso, combining 60% Costa Rica peaberry sourced from Diego Robelo's Aquiares Estate and 40% El Salvador Bourbon washed from Diego Baraona's Los Pirineos. The blend, made with Caturra and Bourbon varieties, is washed processed and delivers an intense traditional Italian espresso profile with dark chocolate and caramel notes, a heavy syrupy body, and rich dark crema. It is designed for easy extraction on fully automatic and prosumer espresso machines.
