Single-origin coffee from Costa Rica produced by Diego Robelo at the Aquiares estate. Grown at up to 1400 masl, this lot features the rare SL28 variety, originally developed in Kenya. Processed using the red honey method, it delivers a floral, juicy and sweet cup with notes of champagne, cranberry and white sugar. Roasted ultra light to highlight its delicate characteristics.
