A field blend of native Ethiopian landraces — Kurume, Dega and Wolisho — from several hundred smallholder households. Naturally processed: ripe cherry is hand sorted, rinsed without pulping, then dried whole on raised beds for 8 to 25 days. The cup opens with ripe cherry and rose with a musk stick lift, moves through crisp peach and settles into panela sweetness, with a full, juicy, perfumed body.
