Brazil, Danilo Barbosa - Single Origin Filter
Summary
Single origin Brazilian coffee from producer Danilo Barbosa, grown on Sucuri Farm in the Cerrado Mineiro region at 1250 MASL. Made entirely from the Topazio variety and processed as an Aerobic Natural, with cherries stacked in deep piles and monitored before finishing on raised beds. Danilo's family has farmed coffee for over four decades, and the D'Barbosa Group won Brazil's Cup of Excellence in 2021. In the cup it is rich and full-bodied with dark chocolate, ripe plum, blueberry and raisin, performing well across espresso, milk and filter.
