Half Caff is a 50/50 blend of caffeinated and decaffeinated specialty coffee from Brazil and El Salvador. The Brazilian component from Matas de Minas is decaffeinated using the sugarcane method, preserving original flavours and adding fruity notes. The El Salvador component comes from Argentina Estate and is washed. This sweet and gentle cup offers milk chocolate and brown sugar sweetness with a delicate biscuit edge for a balanced and moreish blend. Roasted to a medium-dark level, it is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
