Summary

Specialty arabica from Vietnam's Lam Dong region, grown by smallholders of Sucafina on the red soils of Cau Dat at 1400-1600 m. The Catimor variety is fully washed: hand-picked, sorted, depulped with a Penagos vertical depulper, fermented 8-10 hours, washed by centriflux and dried on raised beds for 4-5 days. Scoring 82-83 SCA points, it shows sweet, lively fruit notes with bright acidity and a warm vanilla finish.
