One Eleven is a specialty coffee roaster based in Sopron, Hungary, led by four-time Hungarian Barista Champion Molnár Attila—the first and only Hungarian to reach the World Barista Championship finals. With 15 years in the game, Attila roasts single-origin, farm-selected lots to order, emphasizing the unique character of each coffee's origin, variety, and processing. Freshness is the point: they roast only after you order and ship nationwide within a day. Right next to the roastery in Sopron, they run a coffee shop and brunch spot where you can taste things firsthand. They also handle wholesale, private label roasting, and barista training.
