Columbia Purple Madness
Summary
Colombian coffee from Finca Milan in Risaralda, grown at 1600 m by farmer Julio Andres Quiceno. The Caturra variety undergoes a culturing (co-fermentation) process developed by the producer, fermenting the coffee with a must of blackberries, grapes and aromatic herbs under restricted oxygen for over 144 hours, using selected bacteria and yeasts. The result is a vibrant cup with expressive sensory notes of grapes and blackberries.
