Colombian coffee from the Quindío region, grown at 1,400 masl and produced by Julio César Madrid, third generation of a coffee-growing family who founded Café Uba in 2014. Uba grows more than 20 varieties across its three farms — Riviera, Milán and Buenos Aires — and is known for experimental fermentation and drying methods. This lot is an extended washed process with a sensory profile of strawberry, orange and caramel.
