Colombia Tatama - Washed
Summary
Colombian coffee from Risaralda, produced by Agro Tatama at 1,700–1,900 masl with Castillo and Caturra varieties, washed processing. Shaped by the influence of Tatamá National Natural Park, whose cold páramo winds and warm hillside sun create wide day-night temperature swings. A joint effort with local growers under Agrotatamá's technical guidance, with standardized picking and processing. Balanced, clean cup with lingering sweetness and notes of panela, coconut and dark chocolate. Suggested for espresso.
