Summary
A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Worka Chelbessa region, produced by Neguesse Debela at the Danche washing station. Local cultivars grown at 1900-2200m. Traditional underwater fermentation for 36-48 hours, then dried on raised beds for 10-14 days. Flavour notes of lemon-lime, honeysuckle, and blueberry pie.
