Novo

Novo is a specialty coffee roaster in Denver, Colorado, and a pioneer of the city's coffee scene. Since 2002, the Brodsky family has built relationships with producers, buying from the same farms year after year to improve pricing and quality. Their lineup spans single origins and blends, roasted to order and shipped daily. You can find them at three cafes around Denver or join the subscription club to keep fresh beans on your counter. They also teach classes for home brewers. Their philosophy is simple: get closer—connect the people who grow coffee with the people who drink it.
