Summary
Elite is a washed Central American coffee from Finca Elite, a family-run farm in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, produced by Olman Sauceda. A blend of Catuai and Bourbon varieties grown at 1450-1650m, it is smooth, rich and approachable, with green apple sweetness, walnut depth and a throughline of turbinado sugar. Novo Coffee has sourced from Olman Sauceda since 2018; the farm is known for adapting varieties such as Chiroso, Orange Geisha, Sidra and Pink Bourbon to Nicaragua's climate and won First Place at the 2025 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence.
