Summary

A single-origin coffee from Colombia produced by young coffee farmer Jhoan Ceron. Grown on a 0.25 hectare plot with approximately 500 coffee trees. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic processing method where ripe cherries are fermented in water tanks under controlled conditions. Lightly roasted to preserve the unique character. Suitable for both filter coffee and espresso. Flavour profile is deep, full-bodied and complex with notes of exotic fruit such as starfruit and a spicy quality.
