Founded in 2015 by Jasper Overdevest, Nordkapp Coffee is a craft specialty roaster based in Utrecht, Netherlands—born from a 2001 moped expedition from Utrecht to the North Cape that sparked the whole adventure. They roast at least twice a week in the Uranus Cultuurlab, sourcing from named producers like Jhoan Cerón in Colombia and Gloria Gummerus in Kenya. Transparency is their thing: they share who grew your beans and map the whole value chain. It's appointment-only at the roastery, but they ship fresh beans your way, including a monthly subscription for regulars. Part roaster, part barista trainers, all about the expedition of great coffee.
