Gowa Malino
Summary
Single-origin Arabica from Enrekang Karangan, Sulawesi, Indonesia, exported by Ontosoroh and imported by This Side Up. The coffee underwent a washed anaerobic fermentation, producing a complex and sweet cup with notes of starfruit and mandarin, plus red fruit and a hint of grapefruit. Roasted medium in a Giesen W6 to around 210°C, well past first crack, for good development while retaining its character.
