Summary

Kaffeenini Malee is a decaffeinated coffee from the Sheka Forest Biosphere Reserve in Ethiopia. It is made from Heirloom varieties of Arabica coffee grown wild in the forest. The decaffeination uses the Sugarcane method (Ethyl Acetate), a natural process where sugarcane-derived ethanol removes caffeine while preserving flavour. The coffee is medium-dark roasted in Utrecht by Nordkapp Coffee. Suitable for both filter coffee and espresso brewing. Notes of sweetness and full body.
