Hambela Filter
Summary
Hambela is a natural processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by over 250 smallholder farmers working with Glitter Trading and Logistics PLC. Grown at 2200-2400 meters above sea level on fertile red clay soils, this Heirloom variety coffee is shade-grown and intercropped with enset. The cherries are hand-picked and dried on African beds for 12-15 days. The cup profile offers flavour notes of cocoa nibs, ripe cherry, and blueberries, with a juicy body, clean sweetness, and lively acidity.
