A honey-processed coffee from Costa Rica, produced by Diego Robelo at the Aquiares farm, located on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano at 1200-1400 meters above sea level. The variety is Esperanza (Sarchimor T5296 x Ethiopian 25). Sensory profile includes cocoa powder, milk chocolate, figs, loquat, hazelnut, and California walnuts. Full-bodied with a honey-like mouthfeel and very mild acidity. This is the ninth consecutive year Nomad has worked with this farm, with direct trade since the seventh year.
