Grown at 1,536 metres above sea level, this Pink Bourbon lot is fully washed with a 48-hour controlled fermentation, then slowly dried on raised beds. It scored 88 points at cupping. The cup offers elegant layers of crisp apple, ripe plum, blackcurrant, dried stone fruit and dried apricots, complemented by vanilla milk chocolate and brown sugar, with a silky, creamy body and bright, balanced acidity. Suitable for both filter and espresso.
