Summary

Single origin Ethiopian specialty coffee from West Guji, grown at 1600–2100 m by the Tadesse Desta Business Group and naturally processed. Roasted light for filter and packed as single-serve drip bags holding 10 g of freshly roasted, filter-ground coffee each. Elegant, tea-like and floral in character, with notes of bergamot, black tea and jasmine. Brewed by hanging the filter over a cup and pouring hot water through it in stages — ready in 2–3 minutes.
