Daterra Aramosa
Summary
Daterra Aramosa is a naturally low-caffeine hybrid of Arabica and Racemosa grown by Daterra in Brazil's Cerrado region. Whole cherries ferment anaerobically for 72 hours with native Brazilian yeast before drying on raised patio beds. The extended fermentation brings out a juicy, fruit-driven character balanced by sweetness and depth, with tasting notes of grape, strawberry and chocolate. Daterra has farmed in Cerrado since the 1980s, dividing its land into 216 smaller farms monitored and harvested according to their own growing conditions.
