Summary

Finca Buena Vista is a Colombian coffee from San Lorenzo, Huila, produced by Ancisar Córdoba, a third-generation coffee farmer who was given one hectare of land by his father Fidencio Córdoba and uncle Helio Córdoba in 2021. The farm holds around 5000 coffee trees, and Ancisar continues to work alongside his family at Finca Abisinia. The coffee is processed using the traditional washed method and comprises the Caturra and Castillo varieties. It is a medium roast with a profile of lychee and cherry, fresh acidity and a sugary body.
