Summary

A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Konga Co-operative, part of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) in the Yirgacheffe region. Grown by 2,400 smallholder members at 1900-2300m altitude. Heirloom variety. Washed process: hand-sorted cherries, pulped, wet fermented 24-36 hours, washed, and dried on cloth beds for 1-2 weeks. Flavour profile includes jasmine, grapefruit, and dark cocoa. Medium roast suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
