Beshasha
Summary
A washed single-origin coffee from the Beshasha washing station in Ethiopia's Jimma zone. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1,860-2,160m altitude, this Heirloom variety coffee is organically cultivated under native forest shade. Cherries are selectively handpicked, depulped, fermented for 36-48 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds. The medium roast offers tasting notes of peach, bergamot, and black tea, with a clean and elegant profile typical of washed south-western Ethiopian coffees.
