A Mexican decaf from various smallholders, grown at 1800–2100m and washed processed. Decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural flavour. A smooth, comforting cup with cocoa sweetness balanced by crisp yellow apple, sweet orange and sugar-cane notes. Roasted medium and suited to espresso, Aeropress, cafetiere and pour over.
