Single origin natural process coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, Arbegona district. Grown at 1,920-2,333 metres above sea level. Cherries are hand-picked, floated for density selection, and dried whole on raised beds for 12-15 days with regular turning. Light roasted, offering flavour notes of ripe raspberry, dark cherry, cranberry, and floral undertones with a wine-like complexity and silky body. Best brewed as pour-over, V60, or Aeropress.
