Summary
The Spectra Sip is a single origin coffee from Costa Rica's Tarrazu region. Grown at 1200-1900 meters altitude, it features Caturra and Red and Yellow Catuai varieties. Processed using the washed method and roasted to a medium level, this coffee presents floral, apricot, honey and caramel flavour notes. It has an SCA score of 85.75 and is recommended for both filter and espresso preparation. The coffee is produced in cooperation with Cooperativa Tarrazú, a cooperative supporting over 3000 local coffee growers.
