Choco Loco
Summary
Choco Loco is a washed-process 100% Arabica specialty coffee from Santa Ana, El Salvador. It is a regional selection from the El Borbollon mill, owned by the Alvarez family, who have been farming coffee in El Salvador for over a century. The cherries are hand-picked and processed using the washed method, then dried on clay patios or raised beds. The cup is classic and balanced with dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, nougat, and caramel notes, a soft creamy body, and elegant, gentle acidity. Recommended for espresso.
