A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the West Arsi region in Oromia, produced by smallholder farmers coordinated by Testi Coffee. Grown at 1800–2200 meters above sea level, this Heirloom variety is processed using the Natural (dry) method, with cherries dried on raised African beds for 21 days. The cup profile features lime citrus, chocolate sweetness, and blueberry fruitiness, with a medium body, silky texture, and clean, lingering finish. Recommended for both filter and espresso preparation.
