Tanzania Acacia Hills
Summary
Single-origin coffee from Acacia Hills farm in Karatu, Tanzania, produced by León Christianakis at 1,750–1,950 m. The Pacamara variety is fully washed: cherries are hand-selected at peak ripeness, depulped, fermented to remove mucilage, then dried on raised beds to 11% moisture. The washed process yields a clean, defined cup that expresses both the Pacamara variety and the Acacia Hills terroir. Tasting notes of sweet, butter, pine nut and lemon, with light body and vibrant acidity. Roasted as an omniroast suitable for filter and espresso.
