Magnificent

Cafés El Magnífico is a Barcelona institution, roasting specialty coffee in the Born neighborhood since 1962. This family-run roastery (now third generation) balances old-school craft with modern precision: cupping hundreds of samples a year, scoring at Cup of Excellence competitions, and roasting on a Loring with software-logged profiles. They run three cafes across the city, from the original Argenteria shop to an Eixample outpost, and sell single origins, blends, capsules, and even matcha and chocolate. If you're into coffee's heritage and its future, these are your people. Expect bright, carefully developed roasts with a side of Catalan pride.
