Cafés El Magnífico is a Barcelona institution, roasting specialty coffee in the Born neighborhood since 1962. This family-run roastery (now third generation) balances old-school craft with modern precision: cupping hundreds of samples a year, scoring at Cup of Excellence competitions, and roasting on a Loring with software-logged profiles. They run three cafes across the city, from the original Argenteria shop to an Eixample outpost, and sell single origins, blends, capsules, and even matcha and chocolate.
