KETIARA GAYO BIO is a single-origin coffee from Indonesia, produced by the Ketiara cooperative in the Aceh region of Sumatra. The cooperative brings together 1,080 producers, over 70% of whom are women. Grown at 1550m altitude on volcanic plateaus near Mount Burni Telong using agroforestry methods, this organic certified coffee undergoes wet processing. Flavor notes include cedar, dark chocolate, malt, herbal, and caramel. Recommended for espresso preparation. Available in biodegradable capsules.
