Single-origin organic coffee from Indonesia's Aceh region in Sumatra, produced by the Ketiara cooperative which represents over 1,080 producers (more than 70% women). Grown at 1,550m altitude on volcanic soil. Processed using the traditional Indonesian wet-hulled (giling basah) method, resulting in a syrupy body and low acidity. Flavour profile includes cedar, dark chocolate, malt, herbal notes, and caramel. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing with an omniroast profile.
