Summary

Colombian coffee from producer Ana Maria Trujillo at Finca Sinaloa, in Huila, Gigante, grown at 1650-2100 m with the Pink Bourbon variety. Carefully picked cherries undergo a double anaerobic fermentation, the second phase enriched with passion fruit, fruit pulp, wine yeast and cane sugar. The result is clean, juicy and exotic, with aromas of orange blossom, mango and passion fruit; the cup develops sweet tropical fruit, piña colada, green tea, panela sugar, white chocolate and delicate floral tones, lifted by vivid citrus acidity and a silky creamy body. Suited to filter and modern espresso.
