This coffee was produced by Andrea Scarpeta Chicue in Neiva, Huila, Colombia. It is a Tabi variety lot processed using the traditional washed method: selectively handpicked cherries are floated, depulped, fermented for 24-36 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds for 10-15 days. Grown at 1,400 MASL. It was the third-place winner at the Condor Huila Graduation Auction, a project supporting women producers. Flavor notes include white peach, clementine, and lily.
