A limited edition Colombian coffee from producer Wilton Benitez, made with the Castillo variety and a washed advanced process incorporating yeast fermentation. Wilton Benitez applies fermentation technology expertise from wine, beer and cheese production, controlling key variables through precise fermentation, tailored microorganisms and sealing in flavours with hot and cold water techniques. Tasting notes of gummy bears, guava and lemon. Released as an artist collaboration with mixed media artist Jules Greaves.
