Los Lajones Bambu
Summary
A natural Geisha from Panama's Chiriquí region, grown at 1800m on the volcanic soils of the Los Lajones plantation. Producer Graciano Cruz, a pioneer of honey processing, sun-dries the coffee on bamboo beds for 40 days, yielding a bright, floral cup with notes of lavender, citrus, peach, and cherry. Suitable for both filter and espresso.
