Halo Hartume
Summary
This natural-process coffee comes from the Halo Hartume washing station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It is produced by about 450 smallholder farmers who deliver hand-picked cherries to the station, where they are sorted and dried on raised beds for 21 days, turned regularly and shaded during the hottest hours. Grown from Heirloom varieties at 2,400 m, it offers a rich, fruity cup with notes of sugar cane, strawberry, and blackberry. Recommended for filter, Aeropress, or French Press.
