Gamoji Forest
Summary
Gamoji Forest is a forest-grown Ethiopian coffee from the Anfilloo terroir in the Nekemte appellation. The coffee is harvested by hand from smallholder farmers in the Gamoji forest, which spans 35 hectares at 1500-1700 meters above sea level. This Arabica (Heirloom variety) is processed using the natural method and dried on African beds. It presents a tropical and woody flavor profile with notes of mango and sweet spices, complemented by chocolate, fruity, and spicy characteristics.
