A limited edition single-origin coffee from Juan Eduardo Chamorro's Finca La Delfita in Belén de Umbría, Risaralda, Colombia. This Pink Bourbon is naturally processed with a Ruqu fermentation: a 3-4 day bioreactor fermentation at 40°C with circulating air, allowing facultative anaerobic microbes to produce a smooth, sweet, fruity, and wine-like cup without sharpness. Roasted light, it offers delicate and complex flavors of granadilla, yellow berries, fig, citronella, and blueberry. Recommended for filter brewing methods such as pour-over, AeroPress, or V60 to fully reveal its complexity.
