Summary

From the Alto del Vapor micro mill in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, this Typica variety coffee is processed using the natural method. After careful sorting, the ripe cherries were dried on African beds for 24-27 days. The cup profile is creamy and smooth with notes of lemon sorbet, strawberry candies, and orange blossom flowers. The farm is run by siblings Delfina, Eduardo, and Dalila, who are the second generation of coffee producers dedicated to sustainable practices, preserving up to 80% of their 200-hectare farm as protected forest area.
