Summary
This single-origin coffee comes from Mikuba Hill in the Kayanza province of Burundi. Produced by smallholder farmers in partnership with the Long Miles Coffee Project and processed at the Heza washing station. The coffee is of the Red Bourbon variety, hand-sorted, pulped, and undergoes a double fermentation (dry then wet), followed by washing and slow drying on raised African beds. Expect flavour notes of Red Apple, Candied Orange, and Hibiscus, delivering a vibrant and bright cup.
