Summary

Colombia, Ethiopia and Peru · mostly washed and natural lots

Kiss the Hippo Coffee is a London-based specialty coffee roastery billing itself as the city's premier roaster. That title aside, the details beyond are thin from what's available — but London coffee lovers will know them by reputation. Based in the UK capital, they roast specialty-grade beans with the precision expected of a top-tier London roastery. Without more to go on (the site's story section wasn't accessible), what's clear is a commitment to quality coffee and a memorable name that's hard to forget. A roaster worth discovering if you're exploring London's specialty coffee scene, though the full picture awaits a deeper look.
